Harvast Support

If you run into any problems or have questions while using the Harvast app, don't worry!

Step 1:

Tap on the chat icon located at the top left corner of the app. From there, you can start a chat and get the help you need.

If it's your first time using support, you'll first see a splash screen before getting to the chat.

Step 2:

To chat with Support, type your message in the box provided and then click the send button. If you need to show something specific, you can also include pictures with your message. This can help the support team understand your issue better.

Step 3:

Tap on the picture icon, and you'll find different choices. You can either take a new photo or pick one from your phone's gallery. After you've got your image, type your message and press send.
