Creating leads

Leads are potential clients who have shown interest in your services. To create a new lead, follow these steps:

Step 1:

From the Homescreen, tap on the plus ‘+’ button as shown:

Step 2:

Select 'Start door knocking' to create a new lead.

Step 3:

From here, you will be directed to the map. Tap on the lead's exact address to continue.

Step 4:

Fill in the lead or the new contact’s information such as lead interest level, lead temperature, address, suite/unit number and click the ‘next’ button at the top right of the screen to proceed.

Step 5:

Enter the lead’s personal info as shown i.e. first & last name, email address and phone number. Click ‘next’ at the top right of the screen to proceed.

Step 6:

On this next screen, you have the option to add additional notes about the lead. This feature is particularly helpful for noting specific details about the type of property the lead is interested in buying or selling, therefore helping you in better recalling and follow-up.

Step 7:

Once all the information is entered, review and confirm the details are accurate.

Step 8:

Once you’ve confirmed, click on the "confirm" button at the top right of the screen to save the lead’s information.

With those simple steps you have created a lead. Remember, the number of leads you are able to generate, will literally define the success of your business. The more leads you are able to generate, the more opportunities you will have to actualize sales. You can access and review your leads in your Business Book.
