Understanding the map features

The map offers features like property markers, filters, and search options, aiding you in finding properties that fit your needs. To maximize the map's functionality, ensure you understand these features.

Accessing the map from the Homescreen

In the user interface on the Homescreen, you will notice a 'Go' button adjacent to the location field. By pressing this button, you will be promptly navigated to your specific location on the map.

Understanding Lead Types

In the map feature, you will encounter different lead types that categorize the properties. These categories are color-coded to help you easily identify the status of a given property. Here's a breakdown of the lead types and their corresponding colors:

  • Interested (Blue): Properties marked blue indicate that the owner has shown interest in your business or service. These leads are a potentially positive lead and may require a follow-up for you to sign them as clients.

  • Not Interested (Red): Properties marked red represent the ones where the owner has explicitly shown no interest in your business or service.

  • Not Home (Grey): Properties marked grey are used when the owner was not available at the time of your visit. These leads are great opportunities for a follow-up within a neighborhood.

Remember, keeping track of these lead types and their corresponding colors can help you strategize and prioritize your efforts more effectively.

Map Zoom Feature

The Map Zoom feature allows you to get a closer look or a broader view of the map, depending on your needs. To zoom in, simply scroll up or pinch out on your screen. This will give you a detailed view of a specific area. If you want to see a larger area, zoom out by scrolling down or pinching in on your screen. Make use of this feature to navigate the map and find properties in your preferred locations.

Tap map icon to edit a a lead

You can quickly update a lead/contact directly from the map by clicking on the home icons. This action will bring up the lead/contact's information, allowing you to review or update it.

Additionally, this feature provides a summary of the lead's details as show below.

Lead Clustering

The map feature includes a lead clustering function. When zoomed out, leads in close proximity are grouped together into clusters, represented by a count number. This provides a quick overview of lead distribution. As you zoom in, these clusters break down into smaller groups or individual properties. This function allows for an efficient overview and focused examination of leads in specific areas.

The map feature is a powerful tool that can greatly enhance your property search experience. By understanding and utilizing its functions, you can efficiently identify and manage leads, ultimately making the most of your efforts.
